Complete your personal profile in your work document if you haven't already done so.
Based on the results from the tests and exercises in Know Yourself, create an overview of the most important findings. By combining the various aspects, you'll create a comprehensive overview, which, together with the results from 'Explore the Labour Market', will form a complete Personal (Career) Profile.
- Complete the chart in the worksheet.
- Provide a short description of yourself in a few sentences, incorporating information you've learned about yourself in this section of the action plan. This will also be useful later when you create a pitch about yourself.
- Create a preliminary action plan: what would you like to develop, what would you like to learn more about, and how will you approach it? Create a plan with concrete actions.
