Completing Career Planning module
You have now fully completed the Career Planning step-by-step plan. Hopefully, you now have a better understanding of yourself and your desires regarding the job market, have learned job application skills, and have been given tools for finding a job.
Action plan
Using all this information, you probably have a clear idea of the direction you want to take, what kind of job suits you, and what kind of organization you'd like to work for. Or what else you need to make a good decision.
Above all, it's advisable to create an action plan to actually implement it.
In the Career Planning worksheet, you'll find a sample action plan template that you can use to track your actions. Use this template, as it helps you keep track of what you've done and what you still plan to do. Indicate which actions you'll take, when, with whom, and so on.
For example, write down specific actions, not abstract plans. Keep your plans realistic and achievable, and above all, concrete. Consider: what information do you still need? How will you acquire it? Who do you still need to call/talk to/email? And especially: when will you carry out this action?
Assignment:
- Complete your personal profile and (career) profile as needed.
- Create an action plan for your desired goal.
- You can develop this in the Career Planning worksheet, but also in a separate document, of course.
Ready for the next step

New phase
After years of hard study, many students look forward to the next phase in their lives. Yet, you may have mixed feelings about this period. You have your diploma, are happy and proud that it's over, but at the same time, you may find it a difficult time. Everything is changing. The transition to this new phase in your life is therefore not easy for everyone.
