- Use 3 salary guides to determine an average salary and a minimum/maximum salary that matches your education and experience.
- Search If you find a vacancy that interests you and take the first step, ask the following when contacting the contact person for this vacancy: "may I ask what the salary estimate is for this position? What should I consider?" You will then receive a targeted answer.
