Assess your competencies with this competency test
- "What are my strengths?" Compare yourself with others in the labour force.
- Measurement of the 16 most common and work-related competencies.
- With development tips for each competence.
- It takes 15-20 minutes to complete this test.
The following competences are measured: noticing, taking the initiative, analysing, deciding, creating, planning and organising, persevering, reacting flexibly, functioning under pressure, communicating verbally, communicating in writing, helping, networking, checking, leading, self-management and development.
Please note!
- At the end of the test, you will be asked to fill in some data (for research purposes). You can skip this if you prefer not to fill it in. You will still get the results of the test.
- If you wish to take a test for a second time and compare your new results with your previous results, please download the previous report (PDF) and save it on your laptop/PC before starting the new test. The new results will overwrite the older ones, and you will no longer be able to view this report.
